We offer one- and two-room suites for long- and short-term tenancy. The individual types are divided into several categories, depending on size and availability. Sleeping areas in one-room suites are typically located on a mezzanine floor and don’t interfere with the living space. Two-room suites always have a bedroom though they might also include a mezzanine floor for sleeping or storing personal possessions (some two-room suites don’t have a mezzanine floor).
You can find a list of the individual types of leasable suites below (not a current list of vacant suites). The lease price is determined on an individual basis, taking several factors into account —length of stay, suite furnishings, number of tenants. Information about vacant leasable suites is provided on request.
