Regarding residential housing at our residence (long- and medium-term tenancy), we provide relevant services to satisfy our customers—typical residential services but also not quite common ones. Most of them are included in the accommodation price. Some are subject to an additional charge (guests are not obliged to use these chargeable services). Each suite is connected to the indoor WiFi internet network—a high-speed connection, with individual endpoints limited to ensure a quality stable partial connection, with no collapse or loss of signal. The internet speed is suitable for work and leisure. You’ll always be online with our internet.


To satisfy fans of sedentary entertainment, each suite has a flat-screen TV which receives the standard digital terrestrial signal, in the DVB-T2 standard (Czech digital television network). This service is supplemented by a ASTRA 1 and HOTBIRD 13 satellite reception, in the DVB-S2 standard. The satellites transmit a copious amount of free foreign-language channels.


While staying with us, tenants can use the common laundry to wash and dry their clothes. The room containing washing machines and dryers (laundry) is a part of the house and is available non-stop, completely free of charge. There is no order assigned so you don’t need to book the room in advance. The area is monitored with a security camera to prevent any loss of personal belongings.


To ensure our tenants’ comfort, we provide a personal life which allows you to move between the residential floors without limitations. This is an easy way to transport people, luggage, bicycles, prams, or immobile citizens. The lift holds 12 people, i.e., is suitable for large groups.


Public areas in our house are monitored by a camera system. The same applies to such areas as the indoor bicycle room, laundry, and reception desk. This makes the building perfectly safe and theft or vandalism-proof. To protect the privacy of our tenants, we don’t view the camera records unless safety in the house is compromised.


Indoor areas also include rooms for storing bicycles and prams. You can keep your bicycle in a designated space (roofed) in the courtyard or in a covered room by the building’s back entrance. The same room houses prams. Tenants can take their bicycles and prams to their suites, or leave them in the corridor by their suites. Our spacious entrance fully accommodates you when you need to move these vehicles around the house. Any bicycle or pram left in publicly accessible areas is the responsibility of its owner.


We promote environmentally-friendly disposal and separation of waste which is why we provide our tenants with the opportunity to sort their waste into mixed waste (standard black container), paper (blue container), and plastics (yellow container). The waste containers are placed in the courtyard. We’re glad our tenants use this opportunity and sort their waste, even if only partially.


Our reception desk is located right next to the building’s main entrance and is connected to our office, i.e., our administration facilities. The staff is available in the adjacent office, or you can encounter us on a round in the house. Tenants use the desk primarily to pay the lease (in cash), report faults, or collect their mail. The reception desk’s business hours are limited.


During the reception desk’s business hours but especially outside them, you can always reach us by calling the number of our non-stop phone line. In this way we can handle all of your relevant questions and naturally help you solve any issue. The Mlsoun café and wine bar sells a diverse assortment of excellent coffee, quality wine, and additional range of products, such as desserts, chocolate, small refreshment, etc. The renowned firm is highly sought-after, among other things due to its regular tasting evenings (


The building’s ground floor houses an authentic Indian-Nepalese restaurant (TANDOOR RESTAURANT). This isn’t an affiliated business. The restaurant serves various meals from the cuisine of these countries’, starting with lunch and ending with leisurely late dinners (


As lessors, we provide basic small-scale maintenance related to letting our suites. This mostly involves changing defunct light bulbs or repairing and replacing those components in flats which gradually depreciate and need to be regularly maintained. Works beyond this scope can be subject to a charge. This service doesn’t replace the tenant’s responsibility for the condition of their suite when in regular use.


All tenants have the option of “being seen” and vice versa. There’s a doorbell terminal by the main door, with an electronic lock. This is where the names of all tenants are listed (or just those who want to be), with a connection to an intercom system to facilitate communication and the opening of the door. In the lobby, there are mail boxes the tenants can personally use. If they’re not interested in using a mail box, their mail is received by the reception desk.


Each suite is cleaned as a matter of course before the start of tenancy. During the lease, we also provide regular cleaning in the common areas. As an additional service beyond the basic tenancy, a tenant can order cleaning services which include a change of bed linen and towels. These services are chargeable as per the current pricelist.


Tenants can avail themselves of catering services, specifically a breakfast service in a neighbouring building—HOTEL U ČESKÉ KORUNY. This service is provided outside our premises and is chargeable as per the hotel provider’s current pricelist. Breakfast is served upon prior agreement with the reception desk. The provision of this service depends on the hotel’s workload. Breakfasts are served as a buffet.
