Accommodation  in the old town

We also provide short-term accommodation services at our residence, i.e., accommodation services. This service is available only in selected flats, throughout the year, no matter the length of stay. Our guests are guaranteed a comfortable environment in fully furnished suites, with services comparable to those provided by a 3-star city hotel.
 
All our suites are fully furnished and suitable for any stay. There have fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare your own meals. Families or large groups can stay in our multi-bed suites where sleeping spaces can be expanded to make use of the mezzanine floor. Each suite has its own facilities, with towels and basic sanitary equipment.
 

 

LENGTH OF STAY

Depending on your needs and our availability, you can put up with us for a stay as brief as one day. If you’re interested in staying for longer than 1 month, visit our RESIDENTIAL HOUSING page. Such cases concern medium- or long-term tenancy, governed by similar conditions and with an overall price reduction.

FURNISHINGS

All our suites are fully furnished and are suitable for any kind of stay (business trip, recreation, etc.). They have fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare meals of your choice, and naturally also bed linen and towels, including basic sanitary equipment. All guests can use our laundry to wash and dry their clothes, as well as borrow an iron and ironing board at the reception desk.

INDIVIDUALS AND ENTIRE FAMILIES

Stay with us, whoever you are. We provide wonderful accommodation to individuals, couples, groups, and whole families. There are bicycle rooms, and thanks to our spacious modern elevator you can push your baby pram all the way to your suite. We can lend you a cot for the little ones, and we don’t mind pets staying with us. We’re mindful of order and security. The entire house is closed and safeguarded by a security system.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

You can check in on the day of your arrival, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. You can arrange an earlier check-in, respecting other bookings (check-outs, availability of the suite in question, etc.) and provided you do so after prior agreement. A later check-in is also possible, once again provided you arrange it by prior agreement and meet certain conditions (advance payment, clearly specified breakfast and parking requirements, etc.). Such check-ins are done without help from the reception desk (assistance available by phone only).

Standard check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. This, too, can be extended, by prior agreement and depending on the specific suite’s occupancy. Check-outs are done without help from the reception desk.

GUEST SERVICES

We provide our guests with parking (1 suite = 1 passenger car). While you’re staying with us, we can arrange buffet breakfasts in a neighbouring hotel (HOTEL U ČESKÉ KORUNY)—approximately 30 metres away. Reception services with English-speaking staff are a matter of course (with limited business hours). Outside the reception desk’s business hours, a non-stop support phone line is at your disposal. The entire house is strictly non-smoking, with the exception of designated areas. All suites are covered with a WiFi signal and have internet access.

We’ve long been one of the best rated accommodation facilities in Hradec Králové. Positive ratings from our guests are our best reward and a proof we’re doing something right.

PAYING FOR ACCOMMODATION

There are several ways to pay for accommodation. We prefer cash or card payments. Cash payments can be done in CZK; we also accept equivalent amounts in EUR. No other currencies accepted. When paying by card, you can use any valid payment card—we accept all kinds and types of payment cards (including AMEX and JCB).

We also accept certain benefit cards and vouchers. If you want to pay by this method, we recommend you contact your service provider and learn whether the service is available at our facility (the information is usually stated on the provider’s website).

These payments need to be always discussed with our reception desk in advance. Last but not least, we accept payments by transfer (so-called invoice payments), provided that relevant conditions are met. Transfer payments can be done in advance, or after your stay. This always depends on the individual situation and is arranged by agreement. Such payments cannot be done without prior mutual agreement.
